Subject: Probably late 1956 or early 1957
On September 17, 1956, the President's Committee On Traffic Safety announced the "Back The Attack on Traffic Accidents" plan.

This film and seven others were created as part of that plan. So, I'm guessing this was made in late 1956 or early 1957.
